Job Summary

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates globally, building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients, and negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire candidate recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source and screen candidates globally to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and existing/new clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
