Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our vibrant finance team in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant or Finance Partner to join a growing Commercial Finance Team to deliver high quality financial reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business performance
