About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Sales Account Manager to join our team at Elliotts UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with large building contractors and construction firms across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in the construction and building sectors.
  2. Business Development & Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to acquire new, high-value clients in the construction industry.
  3. Collaboration with Sales Hub: Maintain a strong working relationship with the Sales Hub team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing for key accounts.
  4. Project Management & Coordination: Oversee the coordination of supplies for multiple job sites across clients' projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed terms.
What You Need
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with senior-level contacts in the construction and building sectors.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and negotiate terms that benefit both the client and Elliotts.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple large accounts and complex projects simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met on time.
