Mathematics Instructor

Windsor Forest Colleges is a leading education provider in the South-East, with 4 main campuses across Slough and Langley, Windsor, Strodes-Egham, and Berkshire College of Agriculture-Maidenhead.

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer in Maths to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support, fostering student engagement and progression, and ensuring successful course completion.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing teaching programs that promote independent learning and continuous student progression
• Monitoring and evaluating student progress, preparing them for exams, and managing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
• Supporting extracurricular activities that contribute to student career and personal growth

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree or vocational training, a teaching qualification or the intent to obtain one, and a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
