Senior FS Regulatory Associate

Our client, a leading international City law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join their Financial Services Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice across a variety of financial services clients, focusing on payment regulation, investments regulation, and delivering regulatory guidance and drafting for complex projects.
  • Review and draft terms and conditions for international banks, policies and procedures for loan providers, and advise on regulatory frameworks for NFTs and crypto assets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 7+ years PQE with solid experience in payments and/or investment regulation.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as the Payment Services Regulations, E-Money Regulations, and relevant FCA rules.
  • Experience advising banks, payment institutions, and other financial services firms on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to lead client relationships effectively.
