We are committed to providing ongoing learning and support to help you achieve your career goals and submit an application for progression to the Experienced Social Worker (Grade G) via a portfolio of supporting evidence against the PCF framework.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • An experienced and qualified social worker (CQSW, DipSW, BA Hons, MA or equivalent) registered to practice with Social Work England.
  • A comprehensive working knowledge of the issues currently impacting on social care delivery and up-to-date with policy and practice development.

We offer a competitive salary of £ **£38,692 - £41,472 per annum**, plus benefits including 26 days annual leave, rising incrementally to 31 days after 5 years' service, flexible working opportunities, and an opportunity to enter a generous Local Government Pension Scheme.
