About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms/toilets.
  • Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and general procedure compliance.
  • Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and objectives.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • To be fully compliant with all CBS Arena policies, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and Hotel cleaning standards.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
  • Days, Nights & Weekends Availability.
  • Has worked in a similar role previously.
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role.
