Your Role:
As a Chef at The Chequers, your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting perfect food in accordance with company standards
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and adhering to safety and hygiene regulations
Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls and carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life
Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
Requirements:
We are looking for a Chef with a minimum of 6 months experience, who is able to work on their own initiative and has a desire to learn, improve, and train from those around them. A proud individual who always strives to deliver their best and has a passion for fresh food is essential for this role.
