Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Melbreck Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative online campaigns, executing promotional plans, creating project plans, and analyzing data to formulate action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the digital experience team and external agencies to execute plans.
  • Define and manage project plan execution involving multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure deadlines are met to reach objectives.
  • Execute digital activities and tactics on various digital channels and platforms working with external agencies.
  • Monitor performance and track results on an ongoing basis and adjust tactics if needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably in Digital, Marketing, or Business.
  • Passionate about digital, technology, and innovation.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time working numerous stakeholders.
  • Team player, collaborative, excellent relationships, ability to influence.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make recommendations.
  • Knowledge/experience of digital media platforms & KPIs a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Benefits:

  • 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility on location as well as start and finish times.
  • Up to 15% pension.
  • Up to 10% Bonus.
