Remote Tutoring and Assessment Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and qualified Associate Tutors/Assessors to support the delivery of our courses in Teaching and Education.

As a remote tutor, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work via our online training portal. You will work on a self-employed Contract for Services basis, with flexible working hours depending on your caseload and availability.

We are looking for applicants who hold a certificate in the relevant subject specialism, a recognised teaching or assessment qualification, and experience of tutoring adult learners. Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking IQA duties.

The role involves:

  • Delivering high-quality tutoring and assessment services to students
  • Managing your own workload and maintaining the highest level of standards
  • Working closely with a Head of Faculty to support caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes

We operate a completely flexible remote working model, and you will be responsible for organising and managing your own workload. You will have direct contact with a Head of Faculty to support you with caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Advanced level of subject knowledge
  • Excellent level of written English
  • Experience and qualified in assessing
  • Ability to problem solve using own initiative
  • Digitally skilled in Microsoft Office, email, and other commonly used platforms
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a wider team
