About The Job

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistical aspects of the Festival programme.
  • Collaborate with external production teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of the Festival schedule.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with committee members and external producers.
  • Oversee the budget for travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinate content for screenings and live events.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous festival or production experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
