Refugee Resettlement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Refugee Resettlement Worker to join our team at New Start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of refugees into our community through personalized assistance and guidance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers to ensure seamless support for our clients.
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support services, including housing, employment, and education.
- Conduct needs assessments and create personalized plans to address the unique challenges faced by our clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our support services and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
