**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Peel Hall Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in improving healthcare outcomes for our patients through effective medicines management.

**About the Role:**

You will work closely with GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on medicines management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on medicines management and optimisation
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve prescribing practices
  • Working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medicines

**Person Specification:**

  • Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
  • Mandatory registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

**Salary:** £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
