Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At Arcus Solutions, we are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our site in Gateshead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency situations and carry out repairs as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of M&E engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
