Key Responsibilities:
Tenancy Management: Ensure all tenants have up-to-date and signed Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements, clearly outlining services provided at the property, and ensure tenants understand their responsibilities, including council tax, utilities, and personal expenses.
Housing Benefit Applications: Facilitate and submit tenant Housing Benefit applications online, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed, and liaise with the credit control team to monitor rent payments and address any deficits or shortfalls.
Property Inspections & Maintenance: Regularly visit properties, conducting inspections to arrange planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the credit control team, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration, resulting in successful tenancy management and property maintenance.
