Your Role as a Residential Sales Professional

The primary objective of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements for Success

  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
