Technical Writer 4 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer 4 to join our team at Vinsys Information Technology Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and experience in creating system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including source code, technical documentation, user guides, and integration guides.
  • Translate developer documentation into technical documents for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers and software developers to ensure accurate and easy-to-understand information.
  • Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 6 years of proven experience in systems documentation, including source code, technical documentation, user guides, and integration guides.
  • Ability to analyze and document business system processes.
  • Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements.
