Job Role
As a Grill Chef at Miller & Carter, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will lead a team of chefs in preparing and serving delicious meals, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes
* Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior culinary role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
