Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices and prepare sales invoices
  • Allocate payments and manage credit control
  • Deal with supplier and customer queries
  • Prepare accounts information, including VAT and cashbook maintenance
  • Update accounting information on company systems
  • Perform other ad hoc financial duties as required

Requirements:

  • Similar level accounts experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
