Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning and execution
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Develop and lead a motivated kitchen team
  • Stay up-to-date with new food trends and concepts

Salary Estimate: £36,000 + service charge (dependent on experience)
