p>Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse looking for a new challenge in a dynamic care home environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. strong>/p>p>As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to residents with complex needs. You will work closely with the care home's management team to ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high standard. strong>/p>p>Key responsibilities include: ul>li>Leading a team of nurses in providing person-centred care to residents. li>Ensuring that care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals. li>Administering medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company medication policy. li>Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and making requests for GP/professional visits where necessary. li>p>p>We are looking for a Clinical Lead with a proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care.
