About the Opportunity:

The Oyster Partnership is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Accounting Director to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of a strong financial awareness culture across the organization and leading the budget setting and budget monitoring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Working hours: 35 hours plus per week
  • Contract duration: 6 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension for a further 6 months
  • Flexible hybrid working approach - 2 days at home

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  2. Proven track record of success in financial management
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
