Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our aviation clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide timely and accurate information to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
Requirements:
