Job Description

The ISP group at ARM designs cutting-edge Image Signal Processors and related technologies for various markets, including Automotive, Embedded-IoT, Teleconferencing, and Surveillance. As a Senior Validation and Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing existing testbenches to boost performance, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess proposed design changes from a verification complexity perspective
  • Design and architect verification IP and full verification environments
  • Develop and optimize new verification flows, as well as refine existing ones
  • Analyze data from simulation runs using machine learning and data science techniques to drive efficient bug discovery and debug
  • Develop and deploy verification methodologies within the group and mentor other team members
  • Collaborate closely with other ARM engineering teams to deliver high-quality IP that integrates seamlessly into complete systems
  • Apply solid software engineering skills, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
Nice to Have:
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience
  • Experience with multiprocessing microarchitecture, including knowledge of bus protocols (e.g. AMBA APB/AHB/AXI)
  • Prior experience with Formal Verification testbenches is a plus
  • Background in media, video, ISP, or display projects is a plus
