Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging training modules and materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a training or content development role.
- Prior experience in a Contact Centre or Large multi-Department Business setting.
- Proficiency in instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- The ability to analyze data and feedback to continually improve training.
- Strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
