We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role will be based in either Europe or the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships in the EU or UK region to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise to the business.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
  • Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS/payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Travelling may be required.
