About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical education and training team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical solutions to sophisticated problems within the Med-Surg care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary clinical educator and spokesperson for Baxter products and therapies.
- Develop clinical solutions to complex problems within the Med-Surg care setting.
- Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination, and implementation of training programs and product/therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.
- Build strong customer partnerships to increase efficiency through informative programs on product utilization.
- Work with the sales team to support product evaluations and installations/implementations.
- Coordinate product evaluations, complete data analysis, and subsequent reports to gain customer dedication to improve and grow sales.
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing team, conduct customer needs analysis, and develop tactics to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a knowledge of competitor products and evidence and provide comparative clinical performance data to the marketing and sales team.
- Drive commercial revenue opportunities through clinical roadshows and audit activity, recommending service or replacement where appropriate.
- Background in nursing is desirable but not crucial; HCP/OT/Physio experience is also acceptable.
- Strong clinical background with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the medical/surgical field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
