Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive R language training programs for our Statistical Programming and Biometric teams.
Design training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments to facilitate learning.
Deliver dynamic training sessions for large groups of programmers.
Provide guidance and support to programmers transitioning from SAS to R, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
Collaborate with teams to develop processes and best practices for using R.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in R programming and its applications within the pharmaceutical industry.
Enhance training programs and processes through continuous improvement.
Serve as the Point of Contact for internal programming user groups, capturing various training needs across programming groups.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years in statistical programming for clinical studies using SAS.
Minimum of 5 years using R for statistical programming in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience creating Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) and regulatory submissions using SAS.
Strong understanding of clinical trial data structures, CDISC standards, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or SQL.
