Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Rehab Instructor to join our team at Lampton Leisure. As a Cardiac Rehab Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing and delivering cardiac rehabilitation exercise assessments and sessions for patients following a recent cardiac event, cardiac procedure, or with a diagnosis of heart failure.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have a cardiac and rehabilitation qualification, along with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. You will need to be a flexible, innovative, and good team player with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver cardiac rehabilitation exercise assessments and sessions for patients
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust programs as needed
