Job Description


The prime role of a Legal Secretary is to provide exceptional administrative support to our Commercial Property Team. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Corresponding with third parties and clients to ensure seamless communication
  • Requesting Searches, AML Checks, and submitting Land Registry applications with precision and efficiency
  • Digital dictation using Bighand technology to enhance productivity
  • Utilizing our case management system to streamline processes and improve accuracy
  • Preparing and processing searched and Land Registry applications with attention to detail
  • Managing documents and creating new ones as needed
  • Handling telephone calls, enquiries, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Dealing with incoming emails and post, responding accordingly to maintain excellent client relationships
