Job Description
This role involves working as a dedicated Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson planning, providing one-to-one support to students, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. A relevant qualification and experience in an educational setting would be advantageous, but not essential. If you are a motivated and empathetic individual who shares our commitment to making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience working with children in EYFS or Primary settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence and ability to use initiative
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs
• Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at £15-20 per hour, depending on experience.
