About This Role

This Deputy Store Manager position is perfect for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in retail. You'll be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the store manager, leading by example to support your colleagues and achieving sales targets.

You'll work closely with the store team to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment. You'll also be responsible for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and working deliveries.

Job Description:

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be responsible for setting high standards for yourself and your team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment.

You'll be required to manage the till area, monitor KPIs, and work deliveries. You'll also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
