We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ailsa Lodge Care Home. Our purpose-built care home provides exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors.
- Participate in the general activities of the home, including assisting with daily routines and providing emotional support to residents.
- SVQ 3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in working with older adults and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£13.00 (DOE).
- Nightshifts and a 36-hour contracted week.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Onsite parking and uniform provided.
- Paid breaks and PVG paid.
