Claims Handler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning a caseload of insurance claims and being available to field calls from customers, clients, and suppliers.
  • Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni-channel approach, including email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous insurance industry experience (household) is desirable but not essential.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages).
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
