Head RVN Vacancy in Teddington, London

This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinary nurse with a couple of years of experience to take on their first Head Nurse position in a well-equipped, first opinion practice in Teddington, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and consistently deliver exceptional care to clients.
  • Support with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post-procedure activity.
  • Lead, manage, and promote nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 surgeries.
  • Deliver patient monitoring and care, manage admissions and discharges as directed by the veterinary team.
  • Complete patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care, dispense and check medication.
  • Deliver professional excellence, implementing and complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
  • Inspire your team, sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes.
  • Engage, coach, and develop your team.
Package Includes:
  • Salary £35-40k
