We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Section Supervisor to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Ensure continuous improvement and review of production processes throughout the shift to identify areas for optimization and implement changes as needed.
• Monitor and maintain standards of excellence in all aspects of production, including product quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
• Oversee the accurate production and despatch of documentation, including records and reports.
• Ensure that all produced stock is moved into despatch in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage product flow, including the use of cages and tubs, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Collect and issue equipment as required, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Monitor and control the issuance of supplies, including rendering supplies tamper evident.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are addressed promptly.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our work activity and improve processes.
• Ensure that all broken equipment is tagged and reported in a timely manner.
• Perform adhoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the production process.
• Minimize waste and maximize recycling efforts.

• Preferred experience in a similar role, ideally within the laundry and warehouse industry.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Drive and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
