About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working as an Escalator Service Engineer for Stannah, where you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and call-outs on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of risk assessments, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of escalator-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to perform maintenance tasks, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Participate in our on-call rota, providing support during emergency situations and receiving additional compensation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working on escalators and moving walkways, with a strong understanding of technical specifications.
  • A valid UK driving license, essential for travel between sites.
