Job Title: Pub General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pub General Manager to join our team at The London Pub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a high-quality bar service, ensuring efficient and friendly service to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of service and sales.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and company procedures.
