At Jameson Legal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Litigation Consultant to join our team. As a leading law firm, we provide expert advice and representation to clients across the healthcare sector, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Litigation Consultant with a strong background in private practice and a minimum of 10 years' PQE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial property litigation, including experience in property and building disputes, landlord and tenant act matters, valuation issues, restrictive covenants, breach of covenants, and contentious property matters stemming from partnership disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients across the healthcare sector
  • Manage a caseload of complex commercial property litigation matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's commercial property litigation practice
