Job Title: Safety Compliance Coordinator


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Building Safety Compliance Team as a Safety Compliance Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to ensure the effective running of Community Housing's Gas, Electric & Lift safety in accordance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Building Safety Compliance Team
  2. Assist in achieving 100% legal and regulatory compliance in all cyclical servicing and maintenance requirements
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of compliance activities
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  5. Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a sympathetic and tactful manner

Requirements:



  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Organized and efficient administration skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Good standards of general education, including written English and Maths
