Sustainability Strategist

BAM Nuttall is a leading infrastructure company undertaking the Transpennine Route Upgrade, a multi-billion-pound investment to enhance railway connectivity in the North.

This role involves working on a transformative long-term program that will improve economic growth and development in the region.

The Environmental Advisor will play a crucial part in ensuring the project's sustainability goals are met. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to develop and implement environmental management plans.

In this role, you will work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate potential environmental impacts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field
• Proven experience in environmental management and regulation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be based in the North of England, with frequent travel required to project sites across the region.
