Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the firm's Lexcel Accreditation Audit
  • Develop and implement compliance checklists and monitoring programmes
  • Work with the Compliance Partner to develop internal policies and procedures, compliance training, and protocols
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry initiatives
  • Perform routine risk assessments to identify compliance risks and design internal controls
  • Educate employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance
  • Review marketing materials, websites, and presentations to ensure compliance with regulations
