About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing safe and effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective care to residents, including administering medications and delivering nursing interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
