Job Role: Support Worker Professional - Providing Exceptional Care Services
We are recruiting Support Worker Professionals to join our team at Alert Health 24 Ltd. As a Support Worker Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to individuals in supported living establishments, residential homes, and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and respectful environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK
- Ability to complete necessary training (e.g., medication training or moving & handling)
