Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a talented individual who can make a significant impact in this role.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all credit control procedures, actively chasing debt within allocated portfolios, and maintaining accurate client notes using Workday. Strong communication skills are essential for regular face-to-face meetings with stakeholders, ensuring prompt returns of overpayments or payments on account, and minimal unallocated cash receipts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle all credit control procedures in line with company policies.
  2. Actively chase debt within allocated portfolios using telephone, email, or other suitable means.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes following conversations with clients, using Workday.
  4. Have regular face-to-face meetings with stakeholders regarding their debt portfolios.
  5. Monitor queries and disputes, escalating as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in professional services, preferably with Workday experience, and excellent Excel skills. A strong ability to present confidently and convincingly to management is also essential.

What We Offer:
