They will also be able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

The role requires the ability to work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and the broader production team to meet daily and weekly production targets, while adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Assemble build components according to technical drawings and work instructions, ensuring all assemblies meet the required specifications.
  • Tool Usage: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and wrenches, to fabricate and assemble components.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Material Handling: Prepare and handle materials efficiently, ensuring all components are in compliance with quality standards before assembly.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workstations to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and the broader production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices at all times.

Pay:

Paying £11.50 per hour OR 12.88 PAYE Inclusive

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, 10 hour days (Day Shift)
