Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy Services Director to lead our pharmacy services team. This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to drive business growth, leading pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional patient care, and maintaining high standards of patient safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to drive business growth
  • Leading pharmacy teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to promote pharmacy services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and provision of national and local services
  • Experience in developing and implementing pharmacy strategies
