About the Role
- As a Supervisor in our high-performing national payroll team, you'll play a key part in supporting the Manager in delivering high-quality payroll & pension services to clients.
- You will ensure client service standards are maintained by guaranteeing your team adheres to all mandatory processes and provides quality control reviews.
- You will develop junior members of the team with training, consistent feedback, and coaching as appropriate.
- This role will have some direct responsibility for a small portfolio of clients.
- You will support the team manager in defining and improving processes, technology, and training by providing feedback and ideas.
- You can be based in Birmingham, Glasgow, or Manchester and will be expected to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week (the days of your choosing).
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a quality bureau environment.
- Desirable experience of managing direct reports and/or coaching individuals.
- Leadership skills – organised, able to independently deliver to deadlines, manage various stakeholders, comfortable giving constructive feedback.
- Good client relationship skills and comfortable dealing with clients on both technical and commercial matters.
- Passion for quality improvement and a team player.
