About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that promotes the wellbeing, independence, and social engagement of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programmes and make recommendations for improvement
