We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a Senior Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales by building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Provide quotations to customers, follow up on sales leads, and proactively develop sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the development of the sales team.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder's merchant environment.
- Excellent product knowledge and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Computer literate and proficient in using sales software and systems.
